论新农村绿色型社区建设的主要问题与对策

摘　　要：新农村绿色型社区建设是建设美丽乡村的有机组成部分。新农村绿色型社区建设存在的主要问题:绿色发展观念淡薄、绿色生产方式和技术缺乏、农村生活污染加剧、生态系统失衡、绿色发展法制不健全;其主要对策:科学合理规划绿色型社区,提升社区生态质量,发展绿色农业、提高资源利用率,强化绿色发展政绩观念,注重生态效益与经济、社会效益内在统一,加强绿色文化建设、提升绿色文明意识,建设生态型组织、发挥引领作用。The new rural green colored community construction is an organic pall of the construction of beautiful countryside, the main problems of the new rural green colored community construction： the concept of green development, the lack of green production and technology, rural life pollution, ecological svstem imbalance, the legal system is not sound; The main countermeasures of the new rural green colored community construction： Scientific and rational planning of green community to promote the ecological quality of community, develop green agriculture, improve resource utilization. Strengthen the concept of green development achievement, pay attention to the unity of ecological benefits and economic and social benefits, Strengthening the construction of green culture and raising awareness of green civilization, and build ecological organization and play a leading rule.
