摘　　要：文中通过对"国际海上避碰规则"有关船舶失控灯的布置要求进行仔细研究,从原理及实际功能上分析超大型油轮船舶安全检查中发现的失控灯布置异常情况,探究布置符合性,并提出改进建议。The paper conducts a detailed study on the arrangements of not-under-control （NUC） lights onboard very large crude carrier （VLCC） stipulated by the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea （COLREGS）. By analyzing the abnormal conditions of NUC lights identified in ship safety inspection theoretically and practically, the paper investigates the arrangement compliance and makes suggestions for improvement.
