摘　　要：为评估汽车轮毂轴承的可靠性,通过建立轮毂轴承力学模型,分析轮毂轴承受到的径向载荷、轴向载荷以及当量载荷,计算多工况载荷谱下的轮毂轴承额定寿命。编制轮毂轴承寿命计算EXCEL程式,在EXCEL软件中实现了轮毂轴承寿命的自动计算,为整车设计人员选配轮毂轴承提供理论依据。In order to evaluate the reliability of a automobile wheel bearing,by establishing the mechanical model of the hub bearing,the radial load,axial load and equivalent load of hub bearing were analyzed,and automobile hub bearing life under multi-load condition was calculated. The EXCEL program could calculate automobile hub bearing life was programmed,which made the calculation of automobile hub bearing life was automated. The research provides vehicle designer with theoretical basis to choose a hub bearing.
