摘 要:多元化的社会资源分布要求企业必须充分考虑所有利益相关者的发展需求。从企业战略视角透视社会责任问题,将其融入经营管理实践之中,有效提升社会责任的履行,以满足多方位利益群体的期望,将是我国企业不可回避的实际问题。本文正是以此为切入点,将高管胜任力与企业社会责任作为研究对象,基于317份问卷调查数据,探讨高管胜任力与企业社会责任的关系以及企业责任管理的中介作用。研究结果显示:高管胜任力的完善能够有效提升企业社会责任的履行,企业责任管理在高管胜任力与企业社会责任之间起到了部分中介作用。The diversity of social resource distribution requires enterprises must pay more attention to the development of the various stakeholders needs. It will be an inevitable problem to our enterprises in the future that how to consider social responsibility on the strategic level and merge it with business to enhance the performance effectively and meet the expec- tations of the multidimensional interest groups. Based on the above background, this paper puts it as the starting point and discusses the relationship between executive competence and corporate social responsibility and the intermediary role of corporate responsibility management based on 317 questionnaires. The research results show that: the improvement of executive competence can effectively improve the performance of corporate social responsibility, and corporate responsi- bility management plays a part of intermediary role between executive competence and corporate social responsibility.
