摘  要:东京大学是日本乃至亚洲最著名的名牌大学。从社会学视角分析其在创新型人才培养方面的经验,源于在社会适应方面学校建立的顺时应需、国家政策的调控指引、社会服务的价值趋动和科学研究的目的明确;管理制度方面学校办学目标的明确具体、体制机制的机动灵活、组织管理的自主性强和人事制度的合理设计;培养模式方面对学生实施教养教育、对学科注重交叉融合、对发展强调以质取胜和对校外推进开放教育;教学过程方面强调学生学习的独立自主、教师教学的灵活自由以及课程设计的自主选择。The University of Tokyo in Japan is one of Asia~ most famous prestigious universities. The analysis of its experience of training innovative talents from a sociological perspective indicates that its success is attributed to the social adaptation of university's establishment, the regulatory guidelines of the national policy, the value - driven of the clearly defined social services and the scientific research. Besides, In terms of management, the uni- versity running is guaranteed by specific and clearly defined goals, flexible institution and mechanisms, strong au- tonomy of the organizational management and the rational design of the personnel system. As for the training mode, it pays attention to students training and education, focuses on cross - disciplinary development, emphasizes on quality development and promoting open school education. With regard to teaching, it puts emphasis on students autonomous learning, the flexibility and freedom of teachers'teaching and the autonomy of the curriculum choice.
