摘  要:本文作者合成了含有β-环糊精基团的聚羧酸减水剂(PCD-1),并对其抗泥性能进行了详细研究。研究表明,在砂含泥量为6.0%时,掺PCD-1的水泥净浆仍然具有一定的流动性,而对比样品已经完全丧失减水分散能力;当砂含泥量从0.5%增至3.0%时,PCD-1的掺量增幅变小,数据表明PCD-1具有极强的抗泥能力。吸附试验证实,泥对PCD-1的吸附量减小,这是β-环糊精类聚羧酸减水剂(PCD-1)抗泥能力增强的主要原因。Polycarboxylate superplasticizer with β-cyclodextrin pendant (PCD-1) was synthesized in this pa- per, and its clay tolerance was studied in detail. When the dust content was 6.0%, the cement paste containing PCD-1 could still be fluid; however the contrast polycarboxylate superplasticizers lost their cement dispersing forces. The dosage increment of PCD-1 was reduced when the dust content of sand increased from 0.5% to 3.0%, which demonstrated that the clay tolerance of PCD-1 was improved. It was indicated from adsorption measurement that the sorbed amount of PCD-1 on clay became decreased, which leads to the enhancement of clay tolerance of PCD-1.
