摘  要:为研究常见的非血红素吸收干扰剂对甘氨酸螯合铁脂质体吸收效率的影响,采用外翻肠囊法,以小肠单位面积铁累计吸收量为指标,评价了甘氨酸螯合铁脂质体在不同干扰剂存在时其铁的吸收效率。结果显示,与甘氨酸螯合铁相比,脂质体中的铁具有更高的吸收效率;植酸、锌离子对甘氨酸螯合铁的吸收有明显抑制作用,抗坏血酸对其吸收有促进作用,但这些干扰剂对甘氨酸螯合铁脂质体中铁的吸收没有明显影响。总体上,甘氨酸螯合铁脂质体铁剂既有更高的吸收效率也有更好的吸收稳定性。这可能是因为脂质体不仅可以防止甘氨酸螯合铁与外界的相互作用,而且它的纳米载体特性可能会影响甘氨酸螯合铁的吸收途径。In order to investigate the effects of interference agents of non-heme iron on iron liposomes, everted intestinal sac model was performed to estimate the iron absorption from ferrous glycinate liposomes, and the cumulative absorption of intestinal segments per unit area (Q) was used as an indicator. Compared with that from ferrous glycinate, the iron absorption from ferrous glycinate liposomes was higher. The absorption of ferrous glycinate was significantly inhibited by phytic acid; and it was obviously promoted by ascorbic acid. However, the iron absorption from ferrous glycinate was hardly influenced by the interference agents. The absorption efficiency of ferrous glycinate liposomes was higher and more stable than that of ferrous glycinate. It could be speculated that besides a carrier liposomes could alter the absorption pathway of ferrous glycinate. Liposomes could be an effective tool to improve iron absorption.
