摘 要:为实现采后荔枝的快速低损自动分级,对荔枝自动分级机进行了设计。该荔枝分级机由单行等距输送装置、图像采集与处理系统、分级执行装置组成。荔枝的单行等距排布输送采用转盘孔框法,图像采集采用网口工业相机,图像处理采用荔枝品质分级视觉分级系统进行多特征提取和融合分级,通过控制移动凸轮改变分级平台的倾角完成荔枝分级。在线试验结果表明,分级系统对荔枝的分级准确率为93.75%。Litchi automatic grading machine is designed to realize the fast automatic grading with low loss to litchi after its harvesting. This machine consists of single row isometry conveyor, image acquiring and processing system and grading execution device. The litehi is conveyed in a single row equidistantly with perforated turntable. The image of litchi is acquired with network industrial camera. The procession of the image is to extract multi-features and grading generally with the litehi visual quality grading system. The grading of litehi is executed by the different inclinations of grading platform with controlling the moving cam. The result of online testing shown that the accuracy of grading litchi with grading system is 93.75%.
