摘 要:建立了电渣熔铸固定自耗电极充填法熔铸模型,经过数学推导得到电极熔化速率与铸锭熔化速率之间关系,并进行了熔铸试验。试验结果表明,熔铸过程稳定后,移动电极与固定电极的熔铸电流比近似等于移动电极与固定电极平均熔化速率比;熔铸过程中,移动电极与固定电极的等效直径比与移动电极与固定电极的平均熔化速率比呈正比例函数关系,比例系数为2.1。The casting model of the filling method of fixed consumable electrode was established. Through mathematical deduction we obtained the relationship between electrode melting rate and ingot solidification rate, and then the casting experiment was carried out. The results show that after the casting process was stable, the current ratio was basically the same as that of the average melting rate between two kinds of electrode. In the process of casting, equivalent diameter ratio of electrode and average melting rate became proportional function relation, proportion coefficient was 2.1.
