摘　　要：孙明经作为我国早期电化教育的开拓者,他的电教观对当今"互联网+"背景下教育教学和人才培养具有重要的指导意义。在当前教育形势下,为了更有效地指导教育教学,文章利用文献研究法,在系统分析和总结孙明经电教观的基础上,结合"互联网+"背景下教育的发展和研究现状,摭取孙明经的电教本质观、信息资源媒体观、人才培养观及文化传播观等四方面的主要观点,就其对"互联网+"背景下教育教学和人才培养的价值意义进行分析,提出了相关建议,以期为"互联网+"背景下实现"育人"提供一些启示。Sun Mingjing, whose audio-visual education thoughts have great effects on education andtalent cultivation in the context of ＂Internet plus ＂, is an early audio-visual education pioneer in China. In order to guide the teaching of education effectively, based on systematic analysis and conclusions of Sun Mingjing＇s audio-visual education thoughts, together with the current development and research status ofeducation, this paper excavates the main thoughts of the essence of Sun Mingjing＇s audio-visual education, information resources media, talent cultivation and cultural communication and analyses the value of thosethoughts for the teaching of education and talent cultivation in the context of ＂Internet plus＂ through literature research. Finally, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions to provide certainenlightenment for talent cultivation in the context of ＂Internet plus＂.
