摘 要:随着经济的不断发展,新型设备对电网电能质量的影响越来越多,用户对电能质量的需求也不断多样化,因此对电能质量进行有效的综合评估非常重要。该文提出一种考虑指标不稳定性的电能质量综合评估方法,在概率统计均值法的基础上,用标准差对指标评分进行修正,同时运用主客观权重相结合的组合赋权法计算权重,最后用模糊合成算子进行计算得到最终的综合评估结果,为电能质量的治理提供参考。结合算例,综合评估了铁路供电系统的电能质量,证明了评估方法的可行性。With the continuous development of economy, new equipment has more and more influence on power quality of power grid, the demand of users for power quality is also diversified, so it is very important to evaluate the power quality effectively. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation method of power quality considering the instability of index is proposed. Based on the averaging method of probability and statistics, the standard deviation is used to revise the index score. At the same time, it uses the combination of subjective and objective weight to calculate the weight. Finally, the fuzzy synthetic operator is used to calculate the final comprehensive evaluation results. The results provide reference for the control of power quality. Combined with an example, the power quality of the railway power supply network is evaluated comprehensively, and the feasibility of the method is verified.
