摘 要:对引种到牡丹江地区的6个异源山楂品种:‘甜红’、‘磨盘’、‘本溪2号’、‘绛县798203’、‘豫8001’、‘铜台白野生’测定其在不同低温水平胁迫下的相对电导率值,将结果拟合Logistic曲线模型,计算出方程拐点值,得出各品种的低温半致死温度,将低温半致死温度与引种成活率进行相关性分析,对抗寒性进行评价。结果表明,6个品种山楂的低温半致死温度为:‘甜红’(-28.72)>‘磨盘’(-28.03)>‘本溪2号’(-26.15)>‘绛县798201’(-21.06)>‘豫8001’(-17.30)>‘铜台白野生’(-13.71),方差分析表明低温半致死温度与各品种寒地成活率呈显著负相关,与试验地生长情况大致相符。The whether practicable that evaluating plant cold resistance via analysis of LT_(50), during the process of introduction and domestication in cold area was studied. The Hawthorns' relative branch conductivities were detected at different low temperature levels. The six Hawthorn cultivars included: C.p.‘Tianhong', C.p.‘Mopanshanzha',C.p.‘Benxi-2', C.p.‘Jiangxian-798201', C.p.‘Yu-8001'and C.p.‘Tongtaibaiyesheng', which came from diverse provenances and were cultivated in Mudanjiang region for one year. After taking the results of conductivities to fit the Logistic curve model and calculating inflection point number value, then we could get the LT_(50)s. The Hawthorns' cold resistance were speculated by the way of correlation analysis between LT_(50) and survival rates in Mudanjiang region. LT_(50)s for the six Hawthorn cultivars from low to high were C.p.‘Tianhong'(-28.72) C.p.‘Mopanshanzha(-28.03)' C.p.‘Benxi-2'(-26.15)C.p.‘Jiangxian-798201'(-21.06) C.p.‘Yu-8001'(-17.30) C.p.‘Tongtaibaiyesheng'(-13.71). The analysis of variance suggested that LT_(50) was significantly negatively correlated with survival rate for hawthorn in cold region, which also correspond with the status of the growth in experience plot.
