摘 要:目的:探讨大学生挫折事件、抗挫折能力与抑郁的关系。方法:使用自编的大学生挫折事件量表、抗挫折能力问卷和抑郁自评量表对1475名在校大学生进行调查。结果:(1)大学生受挫折事件影响总体处于中等程度;大学生的抗挫折能力处于中上等水平;大学生抑郁处于中度水平;(2)大学生抗挫折能力与抑郁之间存在显著负相关(r-0.23,P<0.01),挫折事件与抑郁存在显著正相关(r=0.27,P<0.01);(3)大学生抗挫折能力越高,受挫折事件的影响就越低(t=2.20,P<0.05)。结论:挫折事件、抗挫折能力与大学生抑郁关系密切,通过抗挫折教育可以减少抑郁。Objective : To explore the relationship between college students frustration events, anti frustration ability and depression.Methods: The self--developed scales of college students" frustration events and college students" anti-- frustration capability were used to investigate 1475 college students.Results:(1)The impact of the frustration events of college students was in a moderate degree;The anti frustration ability of college students was in the middle and upper level;College students" depression was in the middle level.(2)College students' anti--frustration ability and de- pression was significantly negatively correlated, meanwhile the frustration events and depression was significantly positive correlation.(3)The higher the students" ability of anti frustration ,the lower the impact of frustration events. Conclusion:Frustration events, anti frustration ability and college students are closely related to depression, through the anti frustration education,we can reduce depression.
