高位切开埋线重睑术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口高位埋线重睑术的临床应用价值。方法自2014年1月-2016年1月以来共20例,18~36岁单睑女性患者,于新重睑皱襞内、中、外三处行微创小切口,经此切口去除少量眼轮匝肌和多余的眶隔脂肪,将切口下唇眼轮匝肌及真皮缝合于上睑提肌腱膜上,最后在用7-0尼龙线缝合伤口一针,4 d拆线。结果术后随访3~12个月,所有患者均在1月内消肿,重睑线形成持久、自然,且瘢痕不明显,患者满意度高。结论小切口高位切开埋线重睑术具有创伤小、恢复快、效果可靠、持久等优点,值得在临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical application and key operation points of three-point line method used in double eyelid surgery. Methods Since January 2014 to January 2016,20 cases（40 eyes）aged 18 to 36 years with single eyelid were treated by double eyelid plasty with single minimally invasive incision,To design higher double eyelid line in the upper eyelid and mark three needle points,take the local infiltration anesthesia,remove the pretarsa orbicularis muscle and redundant orbit fat through this incision,then use 7-0 nylon suture the incision or orbicularis muscle. on the levator aponeurosis,and it take out stitches after four days. Results The 20 cases were improved obviously and the effect was satisfactory except 2 cases,the tow cases will be satisfied after repaired. Conclusion The operation is simple with slight trauma and rapid recovery,the effect turning natural and lasting long,easily accepted by patients.
