摘　　要：目的调查新疆县级医院卫生资源床位使用配置现状及人力资源现状,为新疆卫生行政部门优化县级医院卫生资源配置提供政策依据。方法采取抽样调查的方法,随机抽取新疆8个县级医院,对其卫生资源配置中的床位配置及人才状况进行调查。结果新疆县级医院床位配置与利用情况不容乐观,卫生人才素质有待提高。Objective To investigate about configuration and usage of hospital beds and status of human resources in some Xinjiang hospital, to optimize allocation of health resources in the county-level hospitals, and to provide the data for Xinjiang public health administrative department. Methods Sampling survey method was adopted. The allocation of hospital beds and the status of human resources in eight county hospitals of Xinjiang were investigated. Results Beds configuration and usage in those county hospitals of Xinjiang were not optimistic. Medical personnel quality should be improved.
