摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lnc RNA)在肿瘤形成和进展中起重要作用,目前已成为继微小RNA(micro RNA,mi RNA)之后肿瘤研究领域的新热点。其中,结肠癌相关转录因子2(colon cancer associated transcript 2,CCAT2)在多种恶性肿瘤中被发现异常表达,扮演着癌基因的角色。CCAT2可影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、周期和凋亡过程,对肿瘤早期筛查、治疗及监测预后具有重要意义。本文总结国内外最新报道,对lnc RNA CCAT2在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。Long non-coding RNA（lnc RNA）plays an important role in tumorigenesis and progression, which has become a new hotspot in the field of tumor research after micro RNA（mi RNA）. Colon cancer associated transcript 2（CCAT2）was found to be abnormally expressed in a variety of malignant tumors, and plays the role of oncogene. CCAT2 may affect the proliferation, migration, invasion, cycle and apoptosis of tumor cells, which is important for early screening, treatment and prognosis of tumors. This papers summarizes the latest reports home and abroad and reviews the progress in research on the role of CCAT2 in malignant tumors.
