摘 要:目的:探讨经胸超声心动图在婴幼儿先天性主动脉瓣上狭窄(SVAS)诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:对我院2013-2016年诊断的7例疑似Williams综合征的主动脉瓣上狭窄婴幼儿患者(≤4岁)进行超声心动图检查,主要观察内容包括:(1)狭窄累及范围;(2)狭窄程度;(3)其他合并畸形。将所见与其他影像学检查结果进行对比并进行随访。结果:7例患儿狭窄累及范围不一,但均累及窦管结合部伴升主动脉管壁增厚,且所有患儿均合并有其他心血管畸形。5例接受CTA检查的患儿结果与超声所见完全相符。能后续随访的3例患儿超声心动图检查结果显示,随着患儿的成长,狭窄程度无明显变化。结论:超声心动图是确诊、评估SVAS狭窄程度、范围及随访婴幼儿SVAS的首选影像学检查方法。Objective:To investigate the application value of echocardiography in diagnosing supravalvular aortic stenosis(SVAS)in infants.Method:Seven children with SVAS were studied.The scope of stenosis,extend of stenosis and coalescent malformation were observed with echocardiography and other imageological examination.The results from echocardiography and other imageological examination were compared.Result:All the seven children suffered from sinus canal junction stenosis and thicken of ascending aorta wall,combined with other cardiovascular malformations.Two children had performed CTA examination and the results were consistent with echocardiography.There's no obvious change as to the extent of stenosis in 3children who had subsequent follow-up.Conclusion:Echocardiography may be used as the first choice in diagnosing SVAS,evaluating extend of stenosis and making a follow-up visit.
