^125I粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌前后CEA CA125CYFRA21-1联合检测的临床疗效评估

摘　　要：目的 观察^125I粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效及治疗前后血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1的动态水平.方法 对18例NSCLC患者行CT引导下植入^125I放射性粒子,并测定^125I粒子植入治疗前后血清CEA、CA125和CYFRA21-1水平.结果 125I粒子植入后1、3、6个月肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125和CYFRA21-1水平较前明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.^125I粒子植入后1、3及6个月之间肿瘤标志物水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.术后随访6个月,术后1、3及6个月总有效率分别为83.3%、77.7%和66.6%.结论 CT引导^125I粒子植入治疗NSCLC能够显著降低肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125和CYFRA21-1的水平,临床近期疗效确切,具有重要的临床价值.Objective To observe the clinical effect of 125I seed implantation in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,and to observe the dynamic levels of serum tumor Markers CEA,CA125 and CYFRA21-1 before and after the treatment. Methods CT guided implantation of 125I radioactive seed was performed in 18 patients with NSCLC,the serum CEA,CA125 and CYFRA21- 1 levels were determined by Electrochemical luminescence method before and after 125I seed implantation. Results The levels of serum CEA,CA125 and CYFRA21-1 were significantly decreased in the 1、3 and 6 months after 125I implantation,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance in the level of tumor markers between 1 months,3 months and 6 months after the implantation of 125I seed（P〉0.05）. The patients were followed up for 6 months,the total effective rate for 1-,3- and 6-months were 83.3%,77.7% and 66.6% respectively. Conclusion CT-guided 125I seed implantation can effectively decrease the serum levels of tumor markers. Clinical curative effect is accurate,has certain clinical value.
