摘 要:塔式旋转混凝土布料机是一种可高效输送混凝土的工程机械,被广泛用于混凝土浇筑。施工过程中,为减小其布料端悬臂力矩、保证其塔架的稳定性,需要随时根据其伸缩桁架的伸缩量来调节其配重块的位置。运用有限元ANSYS软件,分析了布料机在极限工况条件下的结构强度和最大合力矩,计算了19种不同工况下力矩、桁架伸缩量及配重调节距离之间的数值关系。在此基础上,利用MATLAB的拟合优化功能得出三者之间的函数关系并绘制三维曲线。研究结果为塔式旋转混凝土布料机的安全运行提供数据支持,同时为其后续的优化设计提供参考。The rotary tower concrete placing boom is a kind of construction machinery for efficiently conveying concrete, and then is widely used for concrete placement. During the construction process, the location of its balance weight is necessary to be adjusted at any moment in accordance with the extension of its telescopic truss, so as to reduce the torque at the placing boom end cantilever and ensure the stability of its tower frame. With the finite element analysis software of ANSYS, the structural strength and the maximum resultant moment of the concrete placing boom under the extreme operation condition is analyzed herein, in which the numerical relationship between the torque and the extension of truss, the adjusting distance of the balance weight under 19 various operation conditions is calculated. On the basis of this, the functional relationship between the three of them is ob- tained with the fitting optimization function of MATLAB, while the relevant 3 - D curve is drawn as well. The study result not on- ly provides the data support for the safe operation of the rotary tower concrete placing boom, but also provides a reference for its successive optimal design.
