摘　　要：地方本科院校是我国高等教育发展的中坚力量,与部属院校、高职高专相比,其师生关系具有一定的特殊性。地方本科院校的师生关系建设面临疏离的困境,从学校、教师、学生等视角分析其成因,从找准定位、提升水平、完善新生入学教育、改进课堂教学方法和增强师生课后交流等方面提出了改进策略。The local undergraduate universities are hard core of the Chinese higher education. Comparing to those of the ministry of education and higher vocational colleges, the teacher-student relationship of local under- graduate universities have certain characteristics. This article firstly analyzes the difficulties which the local un- dergraduate universities are facing; then focuses on the causes of the alienated teacher-student relationship from the aspects of schools, teachers and students respectively. Finally, the article puts forward the countermeasures. Local undergraduate university should localize accurately in achievements of education; pay more attention to en- trance education; improve the methods of education; increase the mechanism of communication of teacher- student after school.
