摘 要:目的试就自动乳腺全容积成像系统(ABVS)与X线摄影定位及定性诊断乳腺肿瘤进行对照研究,探讨乳腺疾病诊断方法的有效性。方法前瞻性研究,以2013年1月~2016年2月,我院确诊的124例乳腺疾病患者作为研究对象,均采用ABVS、X线摄影诊断,采用手术病理作为诊断金标准。结果 124例患者,手术共检出125个病灶,检出恶性病灶43个(34.68%),良性病灶82个(65.32%);X线摄影良性病灶、恶性病灶检出率分别为81.7%(67/82)、88.4%(38/43),ABVS良性病灶、恶性病灶检出率均为100%,二者差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);ABV特异度、符合率分别为89.0%(73/82)、88.0%(110/125),高于X线摄影的68.3%(56/82)、72.0%(90/125),且P均<0.05。结论 ABVS在定性、定位诊断乳腺肿瘤方面具有一定的优势。Objective To conduct a comparative study of the automatic full volume imaging system (ABVS) and X-ray in the localization and qualitative diagnosis of breast tumor so as to explore the efficiency of the diagnostic methods for breast disorders.Methods A prospective study was conducted from January 2013 to February 2016.In this study, 124 patients with breast diseases diagnosed in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All were subjected to ABVS and X-ray, with surgical pathology as the gold standard for diagnosis.Results There were 125 lesions from 124 patients by the operation.The detection rate for malignant lesions was 34.68% (43 cases) and the rate for benign lesions 65.32% (82 cases).The detection rate for benign lesion by X-ray was 81.7% (67/82), 88.4% (38/43) respectively, while that by ABVS was both 100%, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The specificity and coincidence rate by ABVS was 89.0%(73/82) and 88.0%(110/125), which was markedly higher than 68.3%(56/82) and 72.0%(90/125) by X-ray, P〈0.05.Conclusion ABVS has certain comparative advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
