摘　　要：目的探讨Stathmin基因在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其对紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗效果的评估价值。方法 2012年7月~2016年2月间在本院接受手术治疗的卵巢癌患者92例,均接受手术及术后化疗。采用荧光定量PCR法测定卵巢癌组织、癌旁组织中Stathmin基因表达量,根据卵巢癌组织中Stathmin基因表达中位数分为高Stathmin组、低Stathmin组,各46例。对比不同Stathmin基因表达的卵巢癌患者的化疗效果差异。结果卵巢癌组织中Stathmin基因的mRNA表达量显著高于癌旁组织（P〈0.05）。高Stathmin组患者化疗后血清中肿瘤标志物人附睾蛋白4（HE4）、糖类抗原199（CA199）、糖类抗原153（CA153）、人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）的含量高于低Stathmin组患者;血管新生指标CXC趋化因子受体4（CXCR4）、基质细胞衍生因子-1（SDF-1）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、血管生成素2（Ang2）的含量高于低Stathmin组患者;凋亡指标Fas/Apo-1、Bcl-2的含量高于低Stathmin组患者（P〈0.05）。结论卵巢癌组织中存在Stathmin基因高表达,且Stathmin基因表达量与化疗效果呈负相关。Objective To study the expression of Stathmin gene in ovarian cancer tissue and its valuation value on effect of Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy. Methods 92 cases of ovarian cancerpatients underwent surgical and postoperative chemotherapy treatment in our hospital during July 2012 to February 2016 were selected with research subject. The expression of Stathmin gene in ovarian cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was measured by fluorescence quantitative PCR. All ovarian cancer patients were divided into high Stathmin group and low Stathmin group with 46 cases according to the expression of Stathmin gene in ovarian cancer tissues. Comparison the chemotherapy effectin ovarian cancerpatients with different Stathmin gene expression. Results The expression of Stathmin mRNA in ovarian cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues（ P 〈0. 05）. After chemotherapy,serum tumor markers such as HE4,CA199,CA153,β-HCG in high Stathmin group were higher than those in low Stathmin group,angiogenesis indexes such as CXCR4,SDF-1,VEGF,Ang2 were lower than those in low Stathmin group,apoptotic indexes such as Fas/Apo-1and Bcl-2 were higher than those in low Stathmin group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Stathmin gene is highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues,and the expression of Stathmin is negatively correlated with chemotherapy.
