摘　　要：介绍了DWI钢制饮料罐的口味问题形成原因和重要影响因素,提出了202型DWI钢罐的口味问题控制重点:一是形成合理的卷封结构,通过控制卷封结构和参数,形成有效密闭的罐口保护;二是保证罐内涂层的质量,特别是罐口区域的内涂层厚度及均匀性,配合易拉盖密封胶位的控制,避免饮料液透过涂层的微小孔隙腐蚀基材造成金属离子的析出。通过饮料罐的市场终端验证,上述控制技术行之有效,实现了DWI钢罐铁离子的零析出。The causes of flavor problem of DWI steel beverage cans and the key influence factors are introduced. It shows two most important controlling points for the flavor problem of 202 type DWI steel cans,one is to form reasonable seam structure and parameters for sealed protection;the other one is to ensure the thickness of inner coating and uniformity,especially for top area of cans,with the position controlling of end sealant which could avoid beverage or beer penetrating into tiny pores and corroding steel substrate. It is proved that the above control technology was effective and realized the pick-up value of iron ion was zero in DWI steel cans.
