摘  要:为提高玉米秸秆降解率及利用率,增加经济收入,减少玉米秸秆就地焚烧带来的环境污染,研究以响应面法优化硫酸降解玉米秸秆的工艺,为产业化生产酸降解玉米秸秆及其产物提供理论基础,为模拟移动色谱分离酸降解液各种组分提供数据支持。采用单因素实验确定酸降解玉米秸秆各因素的中心点,利用响应面法确定酸降解玉米秸秆的工艺。研究表明:酸降解液中硫酸浓度2.0%,温度114.56℃,时间1.95h,料液比1﹕23.91,在此工艺条件下硫酸降解秸秆提取还原糖的得率为37.63%。酸解液中阿拉伯糖含量为2.56%,半乳糖含量为0.79%,葡萄糖含量为20.23%,木糖含量为14.13%。验证试验表明,实测值与预测值相近,相对误差为0.19%,说明用响应面法优化硫酸降解玉米秸秆制备还原糖的工艺条件是可行的。In order to improved the corn straw degradation rate and utilization rate, increased income, reduced the corn straw in situ burning caused by environmental pollution, researched on process optimization of sulfuric acid degradation of corn straw by response surface method, provided a theoretical basis for the industrial production of acid degradation of corn straw and its products, liquid acid degradation of various components to provide data support for simulation mobile chromatographic separation. Single factor experiment was used to determine the central point of acid degradation of corn straw, and the response surface methodology was used to determine the acid degradation of corn straw. The results showed that the concentration of sulfuric acid was 2%, the temperature was 114.56 ℃, the time was 1.95 h, the ratio of material to liquid was as 1 : 23.91. The yield of reducing sugar was about 37.63%. The sugar content in the hydrolysate of Arabia was 2.56%, the content of galactose was about 0.79%, the content of glucose was about 20.23%, and the content of xylose was about 14.13%. The results show that the measured value is similar to the predicted value, and the relative error is 0.19%, which indicates that it is feasible to use the response surface method to optimize the technological conditions for the preparation of reducing sugar from corn straw by sulfuric acid.
