摘  要:目的 本研究通过对不同学历护理学专业学生(简称护生)进行调查分析,了解其对临床护理职业吸引力的现状.方法 本研究采取便利分层抽样的方法,于2016年3—7月抽取吉林省各大护理专业院校不同学历护生共计420名.通过自制问卷进行调查,应用SPSS 19.0统计学软件进行统计学分析.结果 不同学历护生对临床护理工作的从业意愿的比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.721,P=0.023),对临床护理工作从业单位的比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.362,P〈0.001);临床护理工作从业单位倾向中有291名(73.67%)选择公立医院.结论 大专护理学生对临床护理工作的职业吸引力和从事临床护理工作的意愿最高,护理本科生及护理研究生意愿较低,护理教育者及管理者对这一现象不容忽视.Objective This paper proposes to study the current situation of occupational attraction among nursing students and nurses at different levels.Methods From March to July 2016 to take different levels of nursing students in Jilin Province, a total of 420 nursing students were recruited at different levels by the convenient stratified sampling method. The selected students were investigated by self-designed questionnaire, and the data was analyzed by the statistical software SPSS 19.0.Results The analyzed results show that there was significant difference in different levels of nursing students' willingness to clinical nursing work (χ2= 20.721,P=0.023) and the comparison of working for different hospitals existed significant difference in nursing students and nurses (χ2=23.362,P〈0.001), in which 291 nurses or nursing students (37.67%) preferred to choose public hospital.Conclusions The junior college students have the highest occupational expectation to the clinical nursing job, but the willingness to practice of the undergraduate and postgraduate students is lower, so the nursing educators and the administrators should not neglect this phenomenon.
