1736份心血管系统用药说明书中老年用药信息标注情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解和分析目前国内上市的心血管药品说明书中老年人用药描述,为促进心血管系统用药说明书规范化提供参考。方法:通过美康用药软件收集目前国内上市的各类药品说明书并参照《中华人民共和国药典·临床用药须知·化学药和生物制品卷》(2010版)筛选出其中的化学药类心血管用药说明书,对其中的老年人用药信息标注情况进行统计和分析。结果:1 736份化学药类心血管系统用药说明书中,单独的"老年用药"项缺项比例10.77%,而列出了"老年用药"项的说明书中尚有100份(5.76%)标注内容为"尚不明确"。除"老年用药"项外,其余说明书各项中老年人相关信息提及比例相对较高的为"用法用量"(15.55%)、"药代动力学"(14.34%)及"注意事项"(8.53%),标注比例最低的为"禁忌"(1.09%)和"药物过量"(1.09%)。在调研说明书所标注的老年人相关用药信息中尚有大量无实际临床用药指导意义。结论:心血管药品说明书在老年人用药方面描述尚存不足,应加强对心血管药品说明书中有具体临床指导意义的老年用药信息的标注,确保老年患者用药的安全有效。Objective： To investigate and analyze the geriatric medication information in the package inserts of cardiovascular drugs in the current domestic market in order to provide reference for standardization of the package inserts of cardiovascular drugs. Methods： All of the package inserts in domestic market were collected through MEDICOM software, and the package inserts of chemical cardiovascular drugs were screened out by reference to the Pharmacopoeia of China （2010）, and the geriatric medication information were extracted and analyzed statistically. Result： Among 1 736 package inserts of chemical cardiovascular drugs, 1 549 （89.23%） included the item of ＂medication in elderly patients＂, however, 5.76% of which stated ＂uncertain＂. Besides, geriatric medication information was mentioned under the items of ＂dosage＂ （15.55%）, ＂pharmacokinetics＂ （14.34%） and ＂precautions＂ （8.53%） in relatively high proportions, and in the lowest proportion under the items of ＂contraindications＂ （1.09%） and ＂overdose＂ （1.09%）. What＇s more, much of the geriatric medication information were meaningless. Conclusion： Geriatric medication information of clinical significance is insufficient in the package inserts of cardiovascular drugs, and the situation should be improved to ensure the safety and efficacy of medication in elderly patients.
