产学研协同创新视野下地方校企合作教育的必要性、可行性分析与实践

摘　　要：产学研协同创新是提高企业技术核心竞争力和高校应用技术型人才培养的必由之路。以河南宋河酒业和周口师范学院产学研协同创新的产学研合作教育为例,提出目前地方校企产学研合作教育中存在的问题,结合实践从企业发展的科技人才需求和地方高校应用技术型人才培养层面阐明产学研合作教育的必要性和可行性,并提出深层产学研合作教育的设想。Production-study-research collaborative innovation is the the necessary way to raise the core competence of enterprises technology and cultivate students＇ ability in university. Cooperative education in collaborative innovation with Songhe distillery Co. Ltd and Zhoukou normal university as an example, problems were analyzed, the necessity, feasibility of the production-study-research cooperative education during operating were illustrated taking the view of the need for talents about enterprises and cultivating useful students＇ ability in university. At last, the plans for deeper cooperative education were provided.
