超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗全白或过熟期白内障临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化术联合人工晶状体植入术治疗全白或过熟期白内障的临床效果。方法选取2016年1~10月在海南医学院附属医院眼科住院手术的全白或过熟期白内障患者50例50眼,术中予台盼蓝前囊膜染色后撕囊,再用眼力健小白星超声乳化仪行超声乳化吸除术后植入人工晶体,观察其临床效果。结果在50眼中撕囊成功45只眼,占90%。术后1 d、1周和1个月矫正视力为0.6~1.0的眼所占比例分别为20%、54%、66%。术中并发症包括后囊膜破裂2眼和悬韧带断裂1眼;术后并发症包括一过性角膜水肿32眼(64%)。结论全白或过熟期白内障的超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术具有视力恢复快、并发症少等优点,只要掌握好操作要领,可以获得较好的临床效果。Objective To explore clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for all white or hypermature cataract. Methods A total of fifty eyes of 50 patients with all white or hypermature cataract, who admitted to Department of Ophthalmology of the Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from Jan. 2016 to Oct. 2016 were selected. Trypan blue was injected into the anterior chambers of all the 50 eyes for capsulorhexis during the operation, and then phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation was performed after surgery. The clinical effect was observed. Results Fourty-five eyes（90%） were successful in 50 eyes for capsulorhexis. One day, one week and one month after the surgery, the proportion of eyes with corrected visual acuity of 0.6 to1.0 were 20%, 54%, 66%, respectively. Complications during operation included posterior capsule rupture in 2 eyes（4%） and zonule broken in 1 eyes（2%）. Postoperative complications included transient corneal edema in 32 eyes（64%）.Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation has vision recovers quickly and less complications in the treatment of all white or hypermature cataract, which can get better clinical effect with the essentials of operation.
