喹硫平联合无抽搐电休克疗法治疗老年精神分裂症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 :分析喹硫平联合无抽搐电休克疗法(MECT)治疗老年精神分裂症的效果。方法 :选择2015年8月至2016年10月期间某院收治的76例老年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为常规药物治疗组和研究组。为常规药物治疗组患者使用氯氮平进行治疗,为研究组患者联用喹硫平和MECT进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果 :进行治疗后,研究组患者治疗的总有效率高于常规药物治疗组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应的总发生率低于常规药物治疗组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :联用喹硫平和MECT治疗老年精神分裂症的效果较为理想。Objective： To analyze effect of MECT combined with quetiapine for senile schizophrenia. Methods： Select 76 cases of elderly patients with schizophrenia from August 2015 to October 2016 in a hospital for research object. Randomly divide the cases into control group and study group. Patients in the control group were treated with clozapine, patients in study group were treated with therapy of quetiapine combined with MECT. Compare curative effect of two groups. Results： Effective rate of study group is higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Incidence of adverse drug reactions of study group is lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Effect of MECT combined with quetiapine for senile schizophrenia is good.
