用超声乳化术治疗高度近视合并白内障的效果探察

摘　　要：目的 :研究用超声乳化术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床效果。方法 :对2015年3月至2016年3月在聊城市第二人民医院接受治疗的34例(共58只患眼)高度近视合并白内障患者的治疗情况进行回顾性研究。使用超声乳化术对这34例患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比这34例患者治疗前及治疗1个月后、治疗3个月后其视力情况和前房深度,同时观察其发生并发症的情况。结果 :在治疗3个月后,这34例患者的视力明显优于治疗1个月后和治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗1个月后和治疗3个月后,这34例患者的前房深度明显大于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗期间,这34例患者的58只患眼中有8只患眼发生并发症,并发症的发生率为13.8%。结论 :用超声乳化术治疗高度近视合并白内障可有效地改善患者的视力和前房深度,而且不容易引起并发症。Objective： To study phacoemulsification for high myopia with cataract. Methods： Retrospective study clinical material of 34 case（58 eyes）of high myopia with cataract in Liaocheng Second People＇s Hospital from March 2015 to March 2016.Treat the cases with phacoemulsification. Compare eyesight and anterior chamber depth of the patients in periods of before treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results： After 3 months of treatment, eyesight of the patients was obviously better than before treatment and 1 month after treatment（P0.05）. After 1 months of treatment and 3 months after treatment, the anterior chamber depth of the patients was obviously deeper than before treatment（P0.05）. During process of treatment, 8 eyes in 58 eyes of 34 patients occurred complications, incidence of complications was 13.8%. Conclusion： Phacoemulsification for high myopia combined with cataract can effectively improve the eyesight and anterior chamber depth patients, this therapy will not cause complications.
