摘  要:目的探讨血浆高敏C反应蛋白与脑梗死后抑郁的相关性。方法对经头颅CT和(或)MRI确诊的180例脑梗死患者进行汉米尔顿抑郁量表评分,分为脑梗死后抑郁组和对照组,同时所有患者检测高敏C反应蛋白,分析高敏C反应蛋白与脑梗死后抑郁的相关性。结果脑梗死后抑郁组高敏C反应蛋白水平(12.82±2.12)mg/L明显高于对照组(7.10±1.46)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。将脑梗死后抑郁患者进行轻、中、重分组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论脑梗死后抑郁与高敏C反应蛋白水平相关,其严重程度与高敏C反应蛋白水平相关。Objective To research on the relationship between High sensitive C reactive protein and post cerebral infarction depression. Methods To estimate Hamilton Depression Scale score of 180 patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed by the head CT/MRI, we divided the depression into post cerebral infarction group and control group, and at the same time, all patients are checked of High sensitive C reactive protein to analyze correlation of High sensitive C reactive protein level in patients with depression after cerebral infarction. Results The level of High sensitive C reactive protein (12.82±2.12mg/L) in the post cerebral infarction depression group was significantly higher than that in the control group (7.10±1.46mg/L), and the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). The patients with depression aider cerebral infarction were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups. The difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The correlation between the level of High sensitive C reactive protein and the severity of post cerebral infarction depression was correlated with the level of High sensitive C reactive protein.
