摘　　要：历代医家对宋本《伤寒论》第15条"其气上冲"认识不一。基于《伤寒杂病论》奔豚证治相关原文,结合黄元御《伤寒悬解》注释,分析了奔豚之症状和病机,提出本条所谓"其气上冲"亦可因心阳不振、肝气上逆而发,桂枝汤亦可用于治疗奔豚轻证。Physicians over the ages have different understandings of the ＂qi rushing upward＂ in the 15th clause of Treatise on Cold-induced Febrile Diseases. Based on the original text of related to Bentun disease in the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease, combined with the comments of the ShangHanXuanJie which was composed by Huang Yuanyu, this research analyzes the Bentun symptoms and pathogenesis and puts forward that the so-called ＂the qi rushing upward＂ can also be caused by heart Yang dejecting and apathetic and liver Qi inversing, so Guizhi Decoction can also be used for the treatment of light Bentun Syndrome.
