基于计量学方法的体育公共服务研究国际比较

摘　　要：2014年10月2日,国务院发布了《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》,明确提出到2025年体育公共服务基本覆盖全民的发展目标。体育公共服务是提供公共产品和服务行为的总和,涉及基础、产业、科技、教育、社会、服务等多个重点领域。以世界体育公共服务文献研究现状为研究对象,利用文献计量学方法对比分析全球和我国体育公共服务相关理论研究文献的数量、质量、合作和学科4大特征,发现我国公共体育服务研究由于起步晚,因此论文数量和论文质量均处于快速上升期。我国当前与美国和澳大利亚等国开展了系列国际合作研究,下一步应加快体育公共服务领域的跨学科发展。通过相关研究,有利于追踪世界体育公共服务研究热点,发现我国开展相关研究的不足,确定未来研究方向,为进一步提升我国体育公共服务理论研究能力,进而推动体育公共服务发展实践提供借鉴。The ＂Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry to Promote Sports Consumption＂ was issued by the State Council in October 2, 2014, it clearly put forward the development goal of full coverage with basic public sports service in 2025. Public sports service is the summation of public goods and services, which refers to basis, industry, science and technology, education, society, service, and other key areas. This paper takes the status of world sports public service research as the object, compares the quantity, quality, cooperation and discipline of sports public service research literatures in China and abroad by the method of bibliometrics, and finds that the related researches are started late, but the quantity and quality of related literatures are increasing fast; China has conducted a series of international cooperation studies with countries such as USA and Australia, its next step should speed up the interdisciplinary development of sports public service. This study will help to track the research hotspots of sports public service in the world, find the lack of sports public service research in China, determine the future research direction, further enhance the ability of sports them＇y research, and promote the development of sports public service.
