摘 要:通过N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)溶剂预处理结合超声处理制备纤维素纳米纤丝(CNFs),制得的CNFs的直径为5~20nm,长度为500~700nm。将CNFs作为涂布助剂应用于白卡纸涂料配方中,研究CNFs的用量对涂料黏度,涂布纸表面强度、平滑度和抗水性能的影响。结果表明,当CNFs含量为2%时,涂料的黏度为709m Pa·s,涂布纸的表面强度为4m/s,平滑度为174s,相对于CNFs含量为0%时分别增加了47.56倍,40.35%和47.46%。由于CNFs的亲水性,CNFs的加入使得涂布纸的抗水性能下降。Cellulose nanofibrils (CNFs) were prepared by N - methyl morpholine - N - oxide ( NMMO ) solvent pretreatment combined with sonication, wherein the diameter of CNFs was 5 -20 nm. The effects of CNFs dosage on the viscosity of the coating, the surface strength, the smoothness and the water resistance of the coated paper were studied by using CNFs as a coating agent. When the content of CNFs was 2%, the viscosity of the coating, the surface strength and the smoothness of the coated paper could reach 709mPa·s, 4m/s, 174s, increasing by 47.56 fold , 40% % and 47.46% respectively compared with the CNFs content of 0%. Due to the hydrophilicity of CNFs, the addition of CNFs reduces the water resistance of the coated paper.
