女性感染HIV与宫颈HR-HPV感染的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析女性感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)与宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的相关性。方法选取在爱心门诊就诊的HIV阳性女性203例为观察组,HIV阴性女性267例为对照组,比较2组宫颈HR-HPV感染率、HPV-DNA载量以及CD_4^+、CD_8^+及CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值,分析女性感染HIV与宫颈HR-HPV感染的相关性。结果观察组HR-HPV感染率为20.69%(42/203),高于对照组的3.75%(10/267),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组HPV-DNA载量为(78.26±4.92)%,对照组为(21.03±2.47)%,2组HPV-DNA载量及程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者CD_4^+、CD_8^+及CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。女性HR-HPV感染与HIV感染呈正相关(r=0.723,P<0.05)。结论 HIV感染的发生对HR-HPV感染具有促进作用,对其进行监测能为宫颈癌的预防及治疗提供参考。Objective To analyze the correlation between human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）infection and high-risk human papillomavirus（HR-HPV）infection in women.Methods The HRHPV infection rate,HPV-DNA load,CD_4~＋ cell count,CD_8~＋ cell count and CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋ ratio were measured in 203 HIV-positive women（observation group）and 267 HIV-negative women（control group）.The correlation between HIV infection and HR-HPV infection was analyzed.Results The HR-HPV infection rate and HPV-DNA load were respectively 20.69%（42/203） and（78.26±4.92）%in observation group,and 3.75%（10/267）and（21.03±2.47）%in control group.The differences were significant between the two groups（P〈0.01）.In addition,the CD_4~＋ cell count,CD_8~＋ cell count and CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋ ratio in observation group were markedly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.HR-HPV infection was positively correlated with HIV infection（r=0.723,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The occurrence of HIV infection can promote HR-HPV infection.The monitoring of HIV infection can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
