TCT联合HPV-DNA分型检测在宫颈癌筛查中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨分析宫颈癌筛查中应用新柏式薄层液基细胞学(TCT)和人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)-DNA分型联合检测的临床价值。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年1月期间在该院妇科门诊就诊的150例妇女作为研究对象,根据不同的检测方法分为实验组(150例,采用TCT检测)和对照组(150例,进行TCT联合HPV-DNA分型检测),根据宫颈组织病理活检结果对比两组检测结果。结果组织病理学检查阳性36例,阳性检出率为24.0%,以组织病理学检查结果为标准,TCT检查阳性准确率为65.1%,HPV-DNA阳性准确率为93.8%。TCT联合HPV-DNA检测灵敏度、特异度分别为96.37%、87.49%,TCT联合HPV-DNA检测明显高于单纯TCT检测(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌筛查中应用TCT联合HPV-DNA分型检测的灵敏度、准确率明显高于单纯TCT检测,对于临床预防以及早期诊断宫颈癌具有极其重要的意义。Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical value of TCT and HPV-DNA somatotype test in the screening of cervical carcinoma. Methods Convenient selection 150 cases of women in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 150 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the TCT test, while the control group adopted the TCT and HPV-DNA somatotype test, and the test results were compared between the two groups.Results The histopathology examination showed that there were 36 positive cases and the positive test rate was 24.0%, and the positive accuracy of TCT examination was 65.1% and the HPV-DNA positive accuracy rate was 93.8% and the sensitivity and specificity of TCT and HPV-DNA test were respectively 96.37% and 87.49%, which were obviously higher than those of TCT test（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The sensitivity and accuracy of TCT and HPV-DNA somatotype test in the screening of cervical carcinoma are obviously higher than those of simple TCT test, which is of important significance to the clinical prevention and early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma.
