摘 要:各类电子竞赛为学生展现专业技能的同时也为高职院校人才培养模式的探索提供了良好的机会,将技能竞赛培训与电子信息专业人才培养相结合,探索新的人才培养模式。培养过程包括培训对象选拔、制定培训计划、优化培训内容、分段培训过程实施、赛前辅导、赛后总结。通过多年结合技能竞赛的人才培养模式实施,学生的专业能力得到了有效提升,在竞赛中获取了好成绩,并获得了用人单位的认可,同时也提升了培训教师的教学、科研能力。All kinds of electronic competition provide students with a platform to show their professional skills, but also provide higher vocational colleges with a good opportunity to explore the training mode of the talent cultivation. Combining skills competition training with the training of electronic information professional talents is to explore a new talent training mode. The training process includes the selection of training objects, making the training plan, optimizing the training content, and implementing the training process. Guidance and preparation before competition, critical thinking after skills competition, employment information feedback and training process improvement are also concluded in the paper. Students" professional ability has been effectively improved after many years of talents training, and they are sure to achieve good results in the competition. Hence they obtain the approval of employers which can enhance the training of teachers" teaching and scientific research ability.
