腹腔镜腹膜后畸胎瘤切除术1例

摘　　要：本文报道我院2016年1月收治1例腹膜后畸胎瘤,女,25岁,术前误诊为左侧卵巢囊肿,行腹腔镜手术,术中发现肿块位于腹膜后,约9 cm×8 cm,考虑为腹膜后畸胎瘤,顺利完成腹腔镜腹膜后畸胎瘤切除术,术后病理示囊性成熟性畸胎瘤。术后1个月随访,无不适。This paper reported a case of adult female patient with retroperitoneal teratoma who was misdiagnosed as left oophoritic cyst before surgery in January 2016. It was found that the mass was located in the retroperitoneum and diagnosed as retroperitoneal teratoma during operation. The patient underwent laparoscopic resection of large retroperitoneal teratoma（ 9 cm × 8 cm）and the pathologic result was mature cystic teratoma. The patient was followed up for 1 month and achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects.
