摘　　要：自我国高校扩招以来,高校毕业生的就业形势便越来越严峻,能真正把工作落到实处的并不多,更多的毕业生仍处于待就业状态。就业率在考验着每个高校各种能力。非学历教育作为学历教育的补充,越来越得到各高校的重视。非学历教育究竟对大学生就业能产生多大的影响,作者根据自己多年的工作经历进行了浅薄的阐述。Since the enrollment expansion of colleges of China,the employment situation of college graduates has become more and more serious,and most graduates are waiting for employment. It tests the ability of every college on employment rate,and as the supplement of degree education,non-academic education has got more and more attention.To explore the impact of non-academic education on college student employment,the author made an elaboration based on his personal work experience.
