摘　　要：通过对医学院校校园招聘会情况进行问卷调查,分析了医学院校校园招聘会的困境,从而对医学院校校园招聘会进行定位,并提出了改进意见。Through the questionnaire survey on the situation of campus job fair of medical colleges and universities, the paper analyzes the dilemma of campus job fair for the position of the medical school campus job fair, and puts forward the suggestions for improving the campus job fair.
