基于系统动力学模型的知识质量关键影响因素分析

摘　　要：知识是企业的核心资源,但无效率的知识可能导致企业做出错误的决策。采用系统动力学的方法对企业知识质量关键影响因素进行研究,获取影响知识质量的关键影响因素并揭示其特性,从而建立各影响因素间的因果关系反馈图和系统流图,并通过调研以及资料整理,对模型赋值再求解分析。通过仿真模型灵敏性判断,得到知识质量关键影响因素对企业影响的程度,为企业制定提升知识价值量及社会竞争力的策略提供理论依据。Knowledge is the core resource of enterprise. But inaccurate knowledge may lead companies to make wrong decisions.This paper adopts the method of system dynamics to study the key influence factors the quality of enterprise knowledge. Through the method of investigation and analysis for causality diagram and system flow chart, characteristics of the key factors is revealed and causal relationship among influencing factors is established. By simulation model sensitivity, this paper takes the key factors into consideration about impacting degree to the enterprise. Simulation result provides theoretical basis for enterprise knowledge value and social competitiveness strategy.
