摘　　要：在工程教育认证理念下,针对应用型本科院校培养人才目标,分析学生应具备的素质及技术,即完善的知识结构,获取理论知识能力与实践技能的培养,开拓创新技能的培养,锐意进取的冲劲,丰富的课外知识、人际交往技能、团队协作和沟通的技能。According to the concept of engineering education accreditation, this paper analyzes the quality and skills that students in application-oriented universities need. Students should have perfect knowledge structure, the ability to acquire theoretical knowledge,practical skills and innovation ability. Also, students should maintain momentum, with rich extracurricular knowledge and have the skills of interpersonal, team work and communication.
