摘　　要：加工质量和生产进度永远是生产部门不变的追求,对于科研类多品种小批量的机加生产,各零件的加工工序通常会交叉进行,经过多个加工工序的配合,最终完成生产任务的加工。在生产过程中,影响加工质量及加工进度的因素有很多,对于加工进度的保证,各工序间的周转、衔接是一个很重要环节。本文以机械加工为例,简要分析了加工工序周转管理的作用及主要内容。The processing quality and production schedule are always the constant pursuit of the production sector. For the mechanical processing production of scientific multi-variety and small-batch parts, the processing steps of the parts are usually carried out alternately. After the cooperation of multiple machining processes, the processing of final production tasks is completed. In the production process, there are many factors influencing the processing quality and processing schedule, and for the schedule of processing, the turnover and convergence among the various processes is a very important part. In this paper, taking the mechanical processing for example, a brief analysis of the role and the main content of processing process turnover management is made.
