医院住出院窗口推行综合柜员制模式的实践与体会

摘　　要：综合柜员制是一种较为先进的柜员组织形式,最早出现在我国的商业银行,并被广泛应用,它是解决窗口排队难、提高工作效率的一种有效模式。将银行的"综合柜员制"引入医院住出院窗口业务办理,通过整合窗口资源,进行流程改造,将本来需要在二个或者以上窗口办理的业务整合在一个窗口就能办理,减少患者等候时间,最有效的发挥劳动力价值,提高病人满意度。The comprehensive teller system is a kind of advanced form of teller organization. It appeared in China＆#39;s commercial banks firstly and is widely used then. It is an effective mode to solve the problem of queuing and improve the working efficiency. The bank＆#39;s＆quot;comprehensive teller system＆quot;is introduced into the business of hospitalization and discharge window of hospital. Through the integration of window resources, the process is transformed. After transformation, the business need to be completed in two or more windows is integrated in one window, so the patient waiting time is reduced, the value of labor is played effectively, and the patient satisfaction is improved.
