摘　　要：马斯洛需求层次理论是行为科学的理论之一,它解释了人的各种需求层次,对于高职院校从事学生管理工作的教师来说有很大的借鉴意义。本文从高职学生的特点入手,结合需求层次理论深入分析了高职学生管理工作中存在的问题,同时有针对性地提出了相应的应对策略,对高职学生管理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is one of the theories of behavioral science. It explains all levels of human needs and is of great significance to teachers engaged in the management of students in higher vocational colleges. This paper starts from the characteristics of vocational students, and combined with the hierarchy of needs theory, in-depth analyzes existing problems in the management of higher vocational students, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, which has certain reference significance for the management work of higher vocational students.
