黑龙江省技术转移服务体系的建设与思考

摘　　要：黑龙江省依托强大的经济基础,从2006年技术成交额15.69亿元到2016年130亿元,尽管数据不断增长,但仍有技术成交额未进入统计范围内,成果转化率与经济发展的需求还有一定的差距。对黑龙江省技术转移服务体系的现状进行分析,从技术转移服务体系建设中探索新机制,促进技术交易能力提升。Relying on strong economic base in Heilongjiang province,the national technology trading volume was 1. 569 billion yuan from 2006 to 13 billion yuan in 2016. While the data increasing,there is still a gap between the demand for economic development and achievement conversion rate. This paper analyzes the present situation of technology transfer service system in Heilongjiang province,explores the new mechanism from the construction of technology transfer service system,and promotes the improvement of technology trading ability.
