摘 要:小学全科教师招生是小学全科教师培养的源头,无论是对小学全科教师的质量,还是小学教育的整体质量,均具有深远的影响。由于扎实的知识储备是教师这一职业的基础,同时,当前,在中国高等教育由大众化向普及化迈进的过程中,本科院校在校生充足,为了确保小学全科教师质量,除了西部偏远省区和少数民族聚居区外,其他省份应当把小学全科教师的入口层次提升为本科。此外,为了确保小学全科教师质量,应当逐步把小学全科教师招生全部纳入全国高校统一招生体系中,取消单独招生政策,以最大限度地避免不良社会资本介入对小学全科教师培养造成的消极影响。The enrollment of primary school teachers with all-round competency is the source of training of such teachers,which has a profound impact not only on the quality of primary school teachers but also on the overall quality of primary education. In order to maximize the efficacy of the training of primary school teachers with allround competency and avoid to the maximum degree the adverse effect of undesirable social capital on the training per se,it is imperative to improve the current enrollment system and enhance the training quality of primary school teachers with all-round competency. On the one hand,except for the remote western provinces and the ethnic minorities dwelling in particular areas,all other Chinese provinces should enforce the upgrading of training of general primary school teachers with all-round competency to an undergraduate level. On the other hand,autonomous or independent enrollment policies should be cancelled and replaced by a unified national enrollment system for primary school teachers with all-round competency.
