摘 要:介绍了皂化P_(204)萃取钒的反应机理,研究了皂化的P_(204)-仲辛醇-260号溶剂油萃取废钒催化剂浸取液中钒的规律性。结果表明:在萃原液pH=1.9、皂化率为75%的14%(体积分数,下同)P_(204)+7%仲辛醇+79%260号溶剂油为萃取液、相比为1∶2、水相电位为-190 m V的条件下,钒单级萃取率在96%以上,萃取相用硫酸反萃后可直接沉钒,避免了氧化工序放出氯气污染环境现象的发生,得到的V_2O_5质量达到GB/T 3283—1987《五氧化二钒》冶金99级标准。单级萃取钒、尾液集中再萃的工艺简单,生产成本低,前景广阔且值得推广。The reaction mechanism of vanadium extraction by saponification P(204) was introduced.The regularity of vanadium extraction from leaching solution of waste vanadium catalyst by saponification P(204)-2-octanol-260 solvent oil has been studied.Results showed:In the extraction solution of pH=1.9,the extraction liquid composed of the saponification rate of 75% of14%(volume fraction, same as below) P(204)+7% 2-octanol +79% 260 solvent oil,under the conditions of the ratio of two liquid phases of 1∶2, and the water potential was-190 m V,single vanadium extraction rate was above 96%,and the vanadium in the extraction phase can be precipitated directly with sulfuric acid.The phenomenon of environmental pollution caused by chlorine emission in oxidation process could be avoided.The quality of the obtained V2O5 was up to metallurgical 99 grade standard of the GB/T 3283—1987.The process that of single stage extraction of vanadium and then the concentrated extraction of raffinate was simple and low in cost,which had a broad market prospect and was worth promoting.
