摘  要:无刷直流电机由于具有体积小、工作效率高并且调速性能好的优点,被广泛应用在各种工作领域。本文设计和制作了以TMS320F28335作为主控制芯片的电机控制器硬件电路和软件部分,并进行软硬件联合调试和相关实验,观察电机的端电压波形、转子位置信号波形和控制器输出的PWM换相信号,观测和分析闭环控制方式下电机转速变化的区别。由实验结果可知,相比目前市面上所售的电机开环控制器,本文制作的电机控制器能正常工作,控制系统响应速度快,从初始转速升到给定转速只需不到1秒的时间,并且超调量较小,稳定性较好,证明了控制器设计的正确性和合理性。With the features such as small size, high efficiency, reliable performance, wide speed range and low noise characteristics and so on, the brushless DC motor has been widely applied and developed. The hardware and software of BLDCM controller based on TMS320F28335 control chip was designed, the experiment was implemented after completing joint debugging of hardware and software for system. The waveforms of the terminal voltage, the rotor position signals and PWM commutation signal were watch. Moreover, through watching and analyzing the differences of speed variations about closed-loop control system, we can know that the BLDCM controller based on double closed loop control which was designed in this paper could work normally, and compared with the open loop control BLDCM controller in the market, the control system has the advantages of small overshoot, good stability and fast response which took less than is from original speed to the given rotating speed. That proves the correctness and rationality of the controller design.
