摘　　要：目的了解上海市浦东新区0-7岁流动儿童免疫规划疫苗接种情况,为流动儿童免疫规划工作管理提供科学依据。方法采用多级抽样的方法抽取0-7岁的流动儿童进行接种率调查,并对其父母/监护人进行问卷调查。结果共调查362名流动儿童,其中男性212名(58.56%),女性150名(41.44%),"五苗"合格接种率为52.76%。父母/监护人免疫接种平均知识得分为40.62±10.88分。多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别、民族、年龄、接生地、父亲文化程度、父母/监护人免疫规划知识是影响流动儿童预防接种的主要因素。结论流动儿童预防接种率较低,父母/监护人免疫规划认知程度不够。应多渠道、多形式持续地开展免疫规划宣传,结合当地实际为流动儿童预防接种创造便利条件。Objective To investigate the immunization coverage of 0 -7 years old migrant children in Pudong new area of Shanghai, and to provide scientific evidence for EPI management among migrant children. Methods The migrant children aged 0 -7 years old were investigated by multistage sampling method for vaccine coverage rate, and their parents or guardians were surveyed by questionnaire. Results 362 migrant children, including 212 male （58.56%） and 150 female （41.44%）, were investigated. The coverage rate of five vaccines was 52.76%. The average score of immunization knowledge for the children＇s parents or guardians was 40.62±10.88. Logistic regression analysis displayed that the factors affecting the coverage rate of migrant children were gender, nationality, age, birth place, education level of father and the score of immunization knowledge of the children ＂s parents or guardians. Conclusion The coverage rate of five vaccines and the degree of awareness for immunization was relatively low of migrant children, and their parents or guardians do not have an adequate level of immunization awareness. It＇s necessary to continuously strengthen propagandize for EPI by various channels and forms and to create convenient conditions for immunization of migrant children according to the local situation.
